SHIPPING & ORDERS

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the UK. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

How long will it take my order to ship?

If Standard Shipping is selected, your order will typically arrive within 5–9 business days.

*Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or busy periods.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nobipawuk.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nobipawuk.com. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

If you are purchasing online as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods. Returned items should be unused, clean, and in resalable condition. For full details, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or colour, the simplest option is usually to return the original item if eligible and place a new order separately.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. We will look into it and help resolve it as quickly as we can.
